Prescot Street

The project encompassed comprehensive renovations: remodeling and refurbishing the entrance, reception, and office areas to modern standards.

This included enhancing and rationalizing the mechanical and electrical (M&E) infrastructure and service distribution to accommodate a contemporary office layout.

Additionally, four main passenger lifts were replaced, with one extended to serve a rooftop terrace, and two DDA (Disabled Access) platform lifts were installed, including one extended to the lower ground level. These efforts aimed to upgrade functionality, accessibility, and aesthetics throughout the building, ensuring it meets current operational and regulatory requirements.
