We converted three office floors into luxurious residential apartments and added two new floors on the roof to create a duplex penthouse..

This project was executed on a bustling high street with restricted access for deliveries and waste removal, all while operating above active retail premises.

Despite the challenges, the transformation was completed seamlessly, demonstrating our expertise in complex strucutral projects with logisitcal constraints.
