The project involved constructing a new two-storey extension at the rear of the property and undertaking a full refurbishment of the existing structure.

The extension included new foundations, structural framework, exterior walls, windows, doors, and roofing. Inside, we built new walls and floors, ensuring seamless integration with updated electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

For the existing property, we addressed structural repairs, reconfigured the internal layout, upgraded all major systems, improved insulation, and installed modern finishes and fixtures. The entire project was meticulously planned and executed to ensure a cohesive blend between the old and new sections, enhancing both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
